Well you could have the seat structure re-engineered which could be rather expensive or you could replace the seats with an aftermarket racing seat that is designed with safety in mind. Trouble is you will dramatically change the visual appearance of your car's interior. Your last option is to install one of the seats from a 1968 or newer 911 or 912.
